About Us

Ryan Gregory, Bachelor of Exercise Science from Saginaw Valley State University. Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. I have been active most all my life participating in sports from waterskiing to basketball and bowling. In high school, I can recall being picked on and called speedy for being slow. I had gained a bit of weight and was what could be considered a chubby teenager. In college I began to develop a passion for health and fitness. Gone were the days of macaroni and cheese and playing video games, and in were workouts and healthy eating. I then changed majors in college to further explore my new found love of health and fitness. Since 2006, I have guided dozens of individuals from 8 years old to 85 years old. From weekend warriors to athletes, and competitors and from those who want to just tone up to those who have gone on to lose 100+ pounds!

Let me bring my outdoor exercise class to you! Offering group "bootcamp" style fitness in a variety of locations. I can accomodate 8 to 21 individuals with a variety of fitness equipment that fits within my vehicle! This is appropriate for all levels of fitness. You can do it and I will show you how!
