1. If you can't pick it, grow it, or kill it...... YOU SHOULDN'T EAT IT!

Q: So what does this mean?

A: 90% of your diet should come from: Lean meats, fish, greek yogurt, protein powder, fresh/frozen fruit, veggies, potatoes, rice, oats, nuts, beans, seeds, coconut oil, olive oil and other natural oils, cheese, almond milk, real natural peanut butter and other nut butters, peanuts and other nuts, beans, spaghetti squash.... just to name a few.

 

2. Buy organic whenever possible.

 

3. Buy local whenever possible.

 

4. MODERATION, especially in alcohol, "comfort foods", and junk foods/sweets.

 

5. If you have certain goals, you should keep track of what you eat.

 

6. WATER, WATER, WATER
