Nutrition

 

Nutrition is as important as the workouts themselves. You need to fuel your body with the proper nutrients in order to perform optimally and to have the "look" that says you can perform too! It is often said that ABS are made in the kitchen. Do yourself a favor and drop some of that bodyfat, I promise you don't need it for the winter to keep warm!!
